At Joint Effort Physical Therapy we accept a variety of different health insurance plans.

We understand that insurance can be complicated, so as a courtesy, we will check your health benefits before you arrive to see if there will be a copay, deductible, or coinsurance for treatment services.

Do you have any of the insurance policies listed below? We’ve included the majority of the major plans for which we have in-network coverage; however, this is not an exhaustive list! Please call our office to confirm other insurance plans.

For patients who do not have health insurance or have exhausted their benefits, our Colorado Springs, CO physical therapy clinic also offers a private pay plan – we charge a self-pay fee based on service provided.
